The Thunderbirds Affiliate Membership is for senior athletes (parents, volunteers, and friends of the club) who want to represent the Thunderbirds at local road, trail, cross-country races, or track & field meets, without joining practices or receiving coaching.
Affiliate members:
Do not attend club practices or use coaching services
Register with BC Athletics for insurance (see BC Athletics membership page for options)
Complete the Thunderbirds information form (pop-up after membership is added to cart)
Pay a $25 club fee to cover administration and registration
This membership is perfect for those who want to proudly compete or participate as a Thunderbird while training independently.
Please note: This is different from a Masters Membership, which includes coaching, practices, track access, and equipment use. Sign up for the Masters Membership using the Annual Membership link
