Post-Secondary Endurance
5k to Half Marathon

The post-secondary endurance program runs year round in conjunction with the post-secondary cross country (Fall) and Track (Spring/Summer) programming. . This group is open to post-secondary distance runners pursuing competitive racing opportunities, including UBC students who are not members of the varsity team, as well as post-collegiate and masters athletes.
Two workouts are offered per week with supplemental training (easy runs) provided for non-workout days.
High Performance Half Marathon & Marathon
Coach: Steve Weiler
An individualized running program with a high performance long distance road racing focus. Athletes will train with the post-secondary endurance group when appropriate and attend separate small group sessions for specific long distance road workouts. Please contact Steve Weiler for more information.
