The first 400 people to sign up for the 5k or 10K will receive a goodie bag featuring products from: Blue Monkey, Good Drink, Iron Kingdom, Red Racer (de-alcoholized beer), Nature's Path, Pure Protein, and Old Dutch (More to be added)

Kid's Mile runners will receive a commemorative medal - limited to the first 200 children.

Bags will be available for pick-up at your local Running Room Stores (Vancouver Lower Mainland only) shortly after the end of the event.
