Thunderbirds throwers have had a strong start to the outdoor season, under the guidance of Coach Don Allemeersch. The weekly wear and tear from the numerous training throws launched into Rashpal Dhillon's grass field appear to be making an impact, as successful results from across the province continue to pour in for Thunderbird throwers.

Luc Ilicic has picked up two wins in the boys discus, throwing consistently over the 41m mark:

  • Vancouver School Preliminaries 1st place in Boys 1.75kg Discus: 44.31m
