Enns and Stewart Impress at Pan Am Junior Championships

The Pan Am Junior Championships wrapped up on Sunday with strong performances by Team Canada and our Thunderbirds athletes. Rohan Stewart finished 7th in the 200 final from lane 1 with a time of 21.24. He anchored the Canadian 4 x 100 team which placed 6th in the final, and helped Team Canada to a bronze place finish in the 4x 400, receiving the baton in 5th position on the last leg and running a 46.2 split to bring Canada to bronze. 

Ross Enns finished 7th in the decathlon with a score of 6154. He achieved personal bests in long jump, shot put, 110 hurdles, and discus.

Team Canada had its strongest performance to date at this year's Championships.
