Junior Olympics Meet Results

Congratulations to everyone who competed at the Junior Olympics last weekend at Bear Creek Park in Surrey:

Once again there were several medals, many personal bests and excellent overall efforts.

The top performer was Marie Louise Forsyth who earned an award for her age division. She was 1st in the 300 meters (with an impressive 47.33 seconds) and discus (a huge 25.36 meters), 2nd in the long jump with a big 4.28 meters, 3rd in the shot put and 3rd in the 200 meters.
