 The following are the times and places that we will be holding practice.

Lord Byng High School - 3939 West 16th Ave

Point Grey Secondary School – 5350 East Boulevard   (Please dress warm as we are outside on the track)

St. Georges School – 4175 West 29^th Avenue             (Please dress warm as we are outside)

Please come to ALL workouts with Full Sweats (top & bottom), a water bottle and small snack for after your workout
